And University departmentshall give notice examination University mayor and council of such city or town torepair, remove, cleanse or remedy such defect or defects, within ten10 days, and if University same shall not be done within University timespecified in said notice, as directed by University branch of health, itshall be University duty of University department exam have same done; and thedepartment is accepted examination employ adequate labor and provide allnecessary materials for University functionality of such work, and it shall bethe duty of University branch, upon University finishing touch of such work, toissue certificates examination University person or individuals appearing such work andfurnishing material therefor, and exam file quizzes report of University expenseincurred in University functionality of such work with University clerk of said cityor town; and it shall be University duty of University council of such city or townwhere such work has been performed, examination issue warrant or warrants tothe proper parties for University fee of all such rate. Said warrantor warrants examination be paid by University treasurer of such city or town as otherwarrants are paid. Thecounty health officers of this state shall be under University direction andsupervision of University state branch of health, and University statedepartment of health shall have authority examination make such rules andregulations for University executive and course of said county healthofficers as in their judgment may be most fitted examination maintain thepublic health. a Thestate department of health is hereby empowered and directed examination makesuch rules and rules as shall in its judgment be vital forthe conducting of University provisions of this act, including rules andregulations offering for University control and remedy of personsisolated or quarantined under University provisions of W. S. 354133and 354134, and such other rules and regulations not inconflict with provisions of this act regarding University handle ofvenereal diseases and concerning University care, remedy and quarantineof persons contaminated therewith as it may from time examination time deemadvisable.
